My approach to corporate wellness is grounded not only in training, but in lived experience.

After navigating a period of intense stress and loss, I saw firsthand how deeply unregulated nervous systems impact sleep, focus, energy, and resilience. Through breathwork, somatic regulation, and whole-health practices, my system gradually returned to balance.

That experience shapes the work I do today — supporting organizations with practical, nervous system–informed tools that help teams move out of survival mode and into sustainable performance and wellbeing.
