Hi, I’m Cathy Sharpe — founder of Hygiea Health & Wellness and creator of The Whole Health Reset Immersion.
I help people heal from the inside out—mentally, emotionally, and physically—through integrative tools that reconnect you to your body and restore your nervous system’s natural rhythm.
My work blends therapy, coaching, somatic practices, breathwork, nutrition, and craniosacral therapy into a whole-person approach to healing and transformation.
Because true wellness isn’t about fixing symptoms.
It’s about learning to feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and grounded in who you are—again.
My journey began after years of personal loss, burnout, and reinvention. Breathwork, somatic healing, and nutrition became the anchors that brought me home to myself.
That transformation lit a fire in me—to help others break free from survival mode and step into full-body calm, clarity, and vitality.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be hard—it just has to be intentional.
